Dimmer Privacy Policy

Data Collection

Dimmer does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data. The app does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, accounts, or remote configuration.

Local Processing

Dimmer reads the local macOS window list only to determine where to draw the dimming overlay around the active app. Dimming preferences, excluded app rules, shortcut settings, and appearance profiles are stored locally in macOS UserDefaults on your Mac. The login item setting is managed by macOS.

Network Use

Dimmer does not contact any server during normal use.
